Evident Cycling Team - Winter ride odd weeks 2024-'25 - 70 km
Aalst - Destelbergen - Aalst
Starting point : Sint-Annakring Aalst, 9 AM!
Sundays 6.10, 20.10, 3.11, 17.11, 1.12, 15.12, 29.12, 12.1, 26.1, 9.2 & 23.2
From October 6, '24 to February 23, '25 inclusive we will casually ride one of our 2 fixed winter rides every Sunday morning at 9 AM, 66 to 69 km at a B-pace (= ±26 to 28 km/h). Not too many elevation meters and no steep climbs (the odd-weeks ride has a bit more elevation than the even-weeks ride), but still sufficiently hilly to provide enough challenge on nice winter Sundays.
Be sure to set both rides on your GPS, as we do not promise that ride captains will be present each week.
Not a club member yet? ... but you would like to try riding in a group with Evident Cycling Team, then feel free to stop by the Sint-Annakring on Sunday morning.
… and as always :
- Safety comes first, traffic rules are observed!
- Together out, together home! The pace will take everyone into account!
- We warn each other in good time about obstacles.
- Signals and guidelines are passed from front to back.
- Within built-up areas, we adjust our speed.
- Instructions from the ride captains are followed by all!
- After each climb, we wait for everyone until the group is complete again.
- We respect and remain courteous to other road users.
- We leave no litter on public roads!
- After the ride, we enjoy a drink at the Sint-Annakring!
... and of course we wear our ECT gear!

S A I O N 2 0 2 5 :
From March 9, 2025 until the end of September 2025, an A- & B-ride will again start every Sunday morning at 9 AM from our clubhouse, the Sint-Annakring at Roklijf 4, accompanied by ride captains. By noon, we will be back and enjoy another drink in - or on the terrace of - the Sint-Annakring. Fun on and off the bike remains our motto in 2025!
