Routing: Recreational cycling - the most beautiful

Advantages: A walk through a lovely piece of nature in Flemish Brabant, with distant views of meadows and fields. The home of the Brabant draft horse, which colors the landscape. Especially the 'koulters' are a beautiful piece of nature. At the end of the route, you briefly follow part of the road to Santiago di Compostela (!) Paved asphalt and concrete country roads in good to very good condition. No elevations in the form of curbs. 5 benches along the way. Food and drink facilities at the start and endpoint. Disabled parking.

Points of attention: No accessible toilet at the location at the start and endpoint (renovation works in the autumn of 2020). At the start, it's best to ride on the left side of the sidewalk and cross at the church via the crosswalk. In Sint-Niklaasstraat, a bike suggestion lane transitions into a bike path separated from the road. Unfortunately, there are some bumps on the road in Rossemstraat, but once you have navigated these, you continue the walk along smooth country roads with little traffic.
