Wéris is one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia and is worth seeing not only for its well-preserved village ensemble with the old Romanesque church of St. Walburge (11th century) and the regionally typical half-timbered houses. The hike reveals the forests and fields around the village between Famenne and Ardennes and offers some beautiful views of the agricultural landscape and the numerous megalithic remains. Some legendary rocks and boulders such as the "Pierre Haina" and the "Devil's Bed" lie directly along the path and can be admired.
