Lü is a characteristic mountain village in the Swiss canton of Graubünden, belonging to the municipality of Val Müstair. Small Lü was an independent municipality until 2008, one of the highest (1,920 meters) municipalities in Switzerland. It sits on a sun-drenched terrace high above Val Müstair and is inhabited all year round. The name is said to be derived from the Latin "lux", which means light.
