Klostermansfeld

Klostermansfeld is located about 7 km northwest of Eisleben. The municipality belongs to the association municipality of Mansfelder Grund-Helbra, which has its administrative seat in Helbra.
Like the other municipalities in the association municipality, Klostermansfeld is also not very large. Its greatest east-west extent is 5 km, and it measures 4.7 km from the northernmost to the southernmost point. The following table shows the land distribution of the municipality. There are very few water areas in Klostermansfeld; therefore, they have been assigned to the surrounding areas, just like traffic areas. Heap area refers to the area covered by three copper shale heaps.
