Faulgraben

The Faulgraben is a stream about one and a half kilometers long on the edge of the Spessart Nature Park in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart, which flows into the Main from the left coming from the eastern direction.
The Faulgraben originates on the Franconian Plateau, just under a kilometer east of Lohr am Main-Pflochsbach from two spring brooks. The longer and southern spring branch rises at an altitude of about 291 m above sea level in the Hässli forest compartment in deciduous forest. The stream initially flows about two hundred meters to the north and then merges with the second spring branch, which rises 10 meters lower.
