The Baroque Castle Neschwitz is located in the town of Neschwitz, about 15 km northwest of Bautzen in Saxony, and along with the associated castle park, is one of the culturally and historically significant castle complexes of Lusatia.
The history of Neschwitz Castle can be traced back to the Middle Ages and is always closely linked to the respective ownership of the former knights' estate as an agricultural unit.
