Haaren is a place in the German municipality of Waldfeucht, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, and has a population of 4,100.
Haaren is situated at an altitude of 38 meters on the border between the middle terrace and the high terrace of the Meuse. Directly across the border, in Dutch territory, lies the Annendaalsbos. To the north, the Kitschbach runs parallel to the border, and to the east is the Flutgraben.
