The alternative route Cuxhaven-Bremerhaven fits perfectly into the 450 km long cycle path From Teufelsmoor to the Wadden Sea. The approximately 52 km long route along the Wurster North Sea coast starts in Cuxhaven and ends in Bremerhaven.Experience the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea with its infinite expanse and fresh breeze before the route leads through the shady coastal forest Wernerwald. From there, it continues along the North Sea coast and dyke line.The green marsh landscape is only interrupted by the small coastal resorts of Spieka-Neufeld, Dorum-Neufeld and Wremen with their picturesque cutter ports. A stop for refreshments is worthwhile here, as in addition to classic fish sandwiches, there are other food stalls with delicious dishes, coffee, and cake. From Wremen, you can already see the port of Bremerhaven. It is about 15 kilometers to the end of the stage.
