It took many hands to be able to weave the soft linen from the hard stems of flax. Traces of this once influential, pre-industrial economic sector, as well as still active companies in the textile industry that emerged from it, can be found on this route through the western district area. In addition, the formerly regionally typical habitat is presented both in terms of landscape and architecture.
