El Stenumer Holz es un área boscosa y un área de protección de la naturaleza en el municipio de Ganderkesee, en el distrito de Oldenburg.
El área de protección de la naturaleza con la designación NSG WE 311 tiene aproximadamente 96 hectáreas de tamaño. Es prácticamente coincidente con el área de FFH del mismo nombre. El área de protección de la naturaleza limita al suroeste con la zona de protección del paisaje "Stenumer Holz", que se ha incluido en el área de protección de la naturaleza bajo la normativa de protección de la naturaleza. Dentro del área de protección de la naturaleza se encuentran los monumentos naturales "Piedras de sepulcro en el Stenumer Holz" y "Robo de roble Stenum". El área ha estado bajo protección desde el 15 de diciembre de 2018. La autoridad de protección de la naturaleza competente es el distrito de Oldenburg.
