Neoclassical chapel from 1761-63, year indicated on the pediment above the door in the west facade, completed two years later. A single-aisle church with a nave of five bays and a semi-circular apse. Building of brick on a plinth of bluestone; continuous gable roof (slate) with a lantern.
Western facade with a round-arched door inscribed in a bluestone rectangle with flanking pilasters under a pediment with two coats of arms: on the left, with a depiction of Our Lady with the inscription "à moi l'hopital", on the right, the coat of arms of the noble family de Colins with the motto "in pondere et mensura". Door with an ornate fanlight under a wooden transom with a rocaille motif. Above, a round-arched window set in a bluestone rectangle with profiled imposts and flanking Ionic pilasters.
Furnishings: beautiful wrought iron choir screen with gilded leaf detailing, originating from the parish church of St. Bartholomew; paneling from the 18th century. Grave slab of C.I. de Colins, mentioning the establishment of the chapel (1761-63). Doors and high altar by Gilles de Ville; statues by G. Grupello.
Protected as a monument since 1936.
