This walk in Voeren takes you not only past springs but also along vineyards, beautiful vistas, half-timbered houses, a unique castle with a trout farm and two Voeren villages: Sint-Martens-Voeren and Sint-Pieters-Voeren.

In 2012, this Source Walk was chosen as the ‘Most Beautiful Hiking Route in Flanders Vacationland’. Rightly so, because it is a walk that will never become boring as the landscape and the path constantly change. Every turn brings you to a new surprising view.

Voeren is a community of facilities that is administratively part of the Belgian province of Limburg in the Flemish Region. The area is also known as the Voer region. It covers slightly more than 5000 hectares, is surrounded on three sides by the province of Liège, and is bordered to the north by Dutch Limburg. The Voer region is known for its hilly landscape. The Voer region includes 6 villages: Moelingen, ’s-Gravenvoeren, Sint-Martens-Voeren, and Sint-Pieters-Voeren are located along the Voer river, while Teuven and Remersdaal are situated along the Gulp.
