Loop 2 - Orchard Walk

The Hageland and Haspengouw regions are full of fruit trees that, in spring, dress the landscape in pink and white. Travel through Haspengouw from node 191, passing through pretty villages and pleasant picnic spots. This fruit-growing region is also splendid during the harvest season; Its charm has attracted the nobility for many centuries, who have built romantic castles and majestic square farmhouses. Stop in the pretty little town of Borgloon to discover its tasty syrup. From here you will reach the town of Sint-Truiden known for its impressive monuments.
