The Challenge 04

Departure and arrival at the parking lot of the Hofstade station. My ride mainly covers a part of the Brabantse Pijl for cycling tourists and is, in my opinion, also a challenge for everyone. For the less trained cyclist, finishing without swearing might be the challenge, while for the more experienced, it’s about performance and comparable times on, for example, Strava. This beautiful ride features several cobblestone sections (Oliestraat and Aardeweg, the Hertstraat), one of which is 2km uphill, along with short climbs that you can feel, such as the Smeysberg up to 17%, Schavei up to 22%, and Hagaard up to 14.6%. These are just a few examples. But do as I did, enjoy this beautiful ride in Brabant.

This ride was previously called "My 100km from Brabant 01". This ride has been added to my La Sfida group, why? This ride belongs to my personal category "challenge". For the trained among us, it may be a sporty Strava challenge, while for the less trained, it is still a potential boundary-pushing challenge.
