Rühstadt Elbe dike tour

Whoever visits Rühstädt cannot ignore Master Adebar. On your tour through the village, you will be accompanied by a loud clatter - there are stork nests on around 30 roofs of the red brick houses that are characteristic of Rühstädt. You cross the most famous nest at the Rühstadt landmark, the striking water tower. On the way to the Elbe dike, you will meet one or two storks looking for food along meadows and fields, in the floodplains or in ponds. From the dike you get to know the Prignitz from its most beautiful side: Peace, space and a unique natural backdrop await you here. Back in the European stork village, the path leads through the manor park with rare trees and a 10 m high sandstone obelisk. At the "Walter Fritze Storchenblick" you are on an equal footing with Master Adebar. Count the stork nests that you can see from the balcony!
