Yellow route - Vejrhøjstien

The Vejrhøj path goes from the parking lot by Vraget and up to Vejrhøj, continuing towards Mads' house and back. The path leads through Bymosen and Vægterkrattet and through privately owned areas, which have only become publicly accessible with the establishment of the path following its protection in 2009. The first part of the route up to Vejrhøj is also called the Serpentinesporet. This part of the trip is about one kilometer long and can certainly make you sweat. The path is steep and can be slippery and uneven. It is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.

Show consideration

You will be walking in places on private land and must respect that the owner may close the path in certain cases. In the Tour Folder, you can see what areas are private and what is public.

Show consideration for others' property.

On privately owned lands and paths, access is only allowed from 6 AM to sunset, and riding is not permitted. Read more about Rules for walking in nature

In public areas, you may walk inside the livestock enclosures. But leave the animals alone and remember to close the gates behind you.

Fishing is allowed on the coast if you have a fishing license.

Your dog must be kept on a leash. During the winter half of the year, between October 1 and March 31, your dog may run free on the beach if you have full control over it.

Please take your trash home.
