It is located in the heart of the village of Ste Dode, close to the JAZZ festival in MARCIAC and the Country festival in Mirande. It is in one of the oldest farms in the village of Ste Dode where several generations have succeeded one another that you will come to appreciate the joys of the countryside. A little history on the activity of the farm; it has known the polyculture, the breeding of cattle, the production of milk, the breeding of pigs and then the force-feeding of ducks. This house includes: a kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), dining room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms (2 beds in 140 - 1 bed in 160 and 4 beds in 90), 1 bathroom, garden furniture, barbecue and internet.Prices according to seasons: Week-end and stays of 3 nights (except school holidays): 300 € additional night: 90 € Low season (from 01/09 to 30/06): 500 € Mid season: 600 € High season (from 01/07 to 31/08): 700 €
