This fairly long (92 km) route takes the cyclist with a lot of climbing (2160 meters of altitude) through the most beautiful part of Luxembourg. Here the plateau is intersected by rivers, namely the Sûre, the Our, the Wiltz and the Clerve. All climbs on this route start at one of these rivers. Five kilometers after the start in Diekirch there is a noticeable climb, the Mur de Bettendorf, noticeable because this is the steepest climb (almost 19% over 300 meters) in the Ardennes on my website. The ride takes you through a landscape that is beautiful thanks to the relief and the rivers, and thanks to a pleasant alternation of forests, meadows and fields. During most of the ride, roads are quiet and their surface is in excellent condition.
The route ncludes the following ascents: Mur de Bettendorf, Tandelerbierg , Groësteen-northeast, Monument Saint-Donat-east, Nocher-north, Heiderscheid-northwest, Bourscheid-north and Goldknapp-west
