Heiderscheid Three Valleys Hike

We did this beautiful walk on 20.07.2021. You can leave from the parking lot of the Fuussekaul campsite in Heiderscheid. For the route, we used the brand new pedestrian network "Projet Leader" in the north of Luxembourg. Information and a link to the hikes can be found on the Eislek tour page.

We walked this hike clockwise and first descended into the valley of the "Méchelbaach", which is crossed by a narrow metal beam that serves as a bridge. Afterwards it goes back to the "Schosselbierg". This is followed by another descent into the Turelbach valley, which you cross and leave to follow the road upwards until you arrive back at the Turelbach to follow it for some time.

The picturesque valley of the "Turelbach" is left to what it means to climb to "Merscheid". This beautiful village is crossed to follow a dirt road that leads the hiker to "Karelsbur". There is a neat old laundry room in the middle of the stream "Lirrech". From there you follow the beautiful valley of the "Limbech" until it is time to go up to Camping Fuussekaul where it all began. This walk anyway. ;o)
