AzureThis route takes you through the beautiful marl town of Valkenburg aan de Geul. Let the environment affect you and look up from time to time. You will then discover beautiful murals and beautiful facing stones on the characteristic buildings. The route starts at Par'Course, where you can easily park.
Hidden between the moss-green hills, in the heart of the Heuvelland nature reserve, the marl town shines as a centerpiece, with its rich tourist tradition. Around the impressive castle ruins and above the centuries-old corridors lies the charming, medieval city center.
Stroll through the narrow streets, discover cozy shopping streets and enjoy delicious delicacies, snacks and drinks 'to go' along the way.
