Trekking in Annapurna area Day 9: Tatopani - Beni

Day 9: Tatopani (1250m) – Beni (850m) – 19 km

Last day of our trekking. Basically the Annapurna circuit climbs back to Pokhara through Ghorepani (2750m) and Nayapul. There is also a detour to Poon Hill (3210m) where Annapurna, Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri can be seen very well. Since the weather is bad and there will be nothing to see, we will not do it.

We drive to Beni to take the bus to Pokhara from there.

In Tiplyang we see a car for the first time. Now there is a road, but then from here it was a walk or a donkey to Muktinath.

It's still a beautiful area with a waterfall and we pass some authentic villages.

We meet a pilgrim on the way to Muktinath. All orange, on sneakers , with walking stick and aluminum top hat.

Finally after 19 km we reach Beni, where it is full of activity.
