The Sint-Stefanus Church is a church building in Millen in the Belgian municipality of Riemst in Limburg. Surrounding the church is the walled cemetery, and the building is located on Sint-Stefanusstraat.
The building is a cross basilica constructed in the neo-Gothic style, consisting of a three-aisled nave with three bays and a built-in west tower, a transept, and a choir with a five-sided closure and straight bay. On either side are the sacristies. The square marlstone tower has three tiers, a neo-Gothic portal, a neo-Gothic window in the west facade, a round-arched belfry opening on each side of the upper tier, and a spire covered with slate. The nave and choir are constructed of brick under gable roofs covered with slate and have hard stone buttresses and pointed arch windows. The side aisles have marlstone west facades. Between the nave and the side aisles are pointed-arch arcades flanked by piers. The spaces are vaulted with ribbed vaults supported by colonnettes, and the choir by a star vault on piers.
