Solferino er en italiensk landsby i Lombardiet i provinsen Mantova. Landsbyen ligger et par kilometer syd for Gardasøen.
Den 2.642 indbyggere tællende by er blevet kendt på grund af det blodige slag den 24. juni 1859, Slaget ved Solferino. Efter slaget var 38.000 soldater blevet såret på slagmarken. Henri Dunant bekymrede sig om dem og organiserede hjælp. I En erindring om Solferino skrev Dunant senere sine oplevelser ned.
