Nature Ride Orskot

In 2020, everything is different. Day motorcycle rides are hardly possible. That is precisely why I have made a number of short trips of 2 to 3 hours that can be driven as half-day trips. This is Tour stage 2. (Also great to drive as a day ride.)

This ride is a real nature ride. We start at Moerdijk and drive mainly on polder roads. Almost immediately we drive through the beautiful nature around the Gat van Den Ham towards Drimmelen. From here the beautiful drive goes to Loon op Zand. Here we pass the Loonse- and Drunense dunes to the south. Glittering nature here and driving to and through the Oisterwijk forests does not stop this. Then we come near Spoordonk near Oirschot. West of Oirschot we cross the Wilhelmina canal via De Heuvel Ophaalbrug. Nice moment to stop briefly and take a picture on this Panoramic view. We are now in the middle of De Kempen and this is a very beautiful area in the Netherlands. I like to drive in this area. From Middelbeers the route continues via Poppel to Alphen. Then we pass Strijbeek and then cross the river Mark through the Liesbos and come back to the Moerdijk bridge over beautiful dikes.

For a rainbow of colors, autumn is the right time.
