Le parcours est marqué par des pictogrammes rouges et relie Jylkâttijn à Fløjtebjerget dans deux directions : nord-ouest et sud. Il y a une section raide à l'extrémité nord avec deux chutes. Le sol est en gravier, sous-bois forestier et rochers. Le parcours peut être effectué avec un contact complet au sol à faible vitesse.
