A viewing window into the past and the Roman past of Heerlen, with which you describe all the display cabinets
which are placed in the Roman Quarter in Heerlen-Centre. An initiative of the entrepreneurs from this area.

Each display cabinet focuses on a different object from Roman times. These are special soil finds from the region or exact replications of utensils from that period. Together, the display cabinets form a route through the area and past the shops and restaurants that are located here.

Note! This route is not signposted. Parking is possible in one of the many parking garages of the Heerlen center.

You start the route at the Visit Zuid-Limburg Experience in the Maankwartier (spoorplein 40 in Heerlen) or at the center of archaeology de Vondst (Raadhuisplein 20 in Heerlen).
