Hilversum is known for its special architecture. Especially because of the life's work of the famous architect and urban planner Willem Dudok. Nowhere in the world has he built more than in this city. His influence can be seen in many places and still determines the appearance of Hilversum.

This city walk takes you along the most beautiful and striking buildings of Dudok around the center of Hilversum. You can walk and cycle the route and start or end the route wherever you want. For the route, follow the hexagonal ANWB signs that are attached to lampposts, among other things.

This route has no fixed starting point, you can start and end along the route wherever you want. A handy starting point can be, for example, the Brandstore/VVV Gooi & Vecht at Oosterspoorplein 1 in Hilversum, where you can buy a handy z-card with route and beautiful images.

By car: there are several parking garages in the center of Hilversum where you can park your car.
By train: get off at Hilversum CS. When you walk out of the station building towards Oosterspoorplein, you will see the Brandstore/VVV on your left on the square.
