Lingen (Ems)

A significant testament to the more than 1,030-year history of the Emsland metropolis is the historic town hall. Since 1555, it has stood in the center of the old fortified university town. Over time, the largest city in the Emsland has developed into an important cultural center. Theater performances, cultural forums, concerts, and museums attract a wide audience.
