8 km from Vic-Fezensac (Pentecostavic, Tempo Latino festival), 4km from Castera-Verduzan (leisure centre, thermal baths, casino), 45km from Marciac (Jazz In Marciac), surrounded by 3 hectares of meadows and woodland, comfortable and newly restored gîte for 1 to 4 people (85 m2), in an old farmhouse

Large living room, sofa, TV, open and equipped kitchen (LV, LL, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso, toaster...), 2 bedrooms with, at your choice, 1 king size bed 180X200 or 2 single beds 90X200, in each room (new and good quality bedding)

Each room has a bathroom with a large Italian shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer. Two private terraces with garden furniture, parasol and BBQ

Salt pool 4X10 with a cover for safety and to maintain a pleasant temperature even when the nights are cooler (to be shared with the owners and the occupants of the second gite), terrace with deckchairs, possibility to have lunch or dinner by the pool (table, plancha and basic summer kitchen at your disposal)

Sheets, towels, beach towels and household linen are provided. Basic groceries to start your stay (organic and bulk) coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, rice, lentils...but also washing powder, dishwasher tablets, etc, are included in the rental price

The accommodation is rented as a whole for 2 to 4 people. You can also rent only one room for 1 to 2 people (with kitchen and living room)

The swimming pool, the garden, the meadows and the wood are freely accessible. The pool is equipped with a telescopic cover, closed at night, after swimming, for safety reasons and to maintain a pleasant water temperature. The pool is maintained by us every day.
