La seva passió per tallar amb una motoserra va començar durant un dels seus viatges als Alps francesos. Durant una visita a l'oficina de turisme de Chamonix, va veure una cadira, serrada d'un tronc d'arbre, d'1 peça.... "Jo també puc fer això", va pensar, i un cop a casa va aconseguir un tronc, va agafar una motoserra. a la mà i va fer la seva primera peça.
Va ocupar el segon lloc al campionat belga d' escultura amb motoserra el 2019.
