Rhonegletscher és una glacera dels Alps suïssos, situada a la capçalera de la vall del Roine, al cantó de Valais. La glacera, que té una llargada de 8 km i ocupa una superfície de 17,6 km², ha retrocedit més d'un quilòmetre en el darrer segle.
Vora l'any 1860, arribava al fons de la vall, ben a prop de la població de Gletsch, a uns 1.700 m d'altura. Actualment, ja no és visible des de la població.
