Castra Regina o Reginum fou una ciutat de Rècia, a la part nord de Vindelícia al sud del Danubi en el camí a Vindobona. És la moderna Ratisbona .
Fou estació de les legions I, III i IV Itàlica i del destacament de cavalleria Ala II Valèria.
Era a més d'estació militar un centre comercial on vivien destacades famílies romanes. Fou capital de la província de Rècia i després de la província de Rècia Primera . Fou destruïda pels iutungs el 383. A la Taula de Peutinger se l'esmenta sota el nom de Castra Regina.
