La ruta de senderisme Winterberg Rundweg W3 Ruhrkopfweg a la bonica Sundern (Sauerland) t'ofereix una caminada variada de 7,5 quilòmetres de longitud, que és ideal per a tots aquells que busquen un repte mitjà. Descobreix la font del Ruhr i l'impressionant església de Sant Jaume al llarg del camí. La ruta està completament senyalitzada i t'orienta a través d'un entorn gairebé lliure de vehicles. Gaudeix de la bellesa natural de l'entorn en aquest emocionant sender.

A través del parc boscós Helletal pel Rothaarsteig cap a la instal·lació de vacances HAPIMAG. En un camí de pelegrinatge es va cap a la zona boscosa del Ruhrkopf – cap a la font del Ruhr
