Caseres és una vila i municipi de la comarca de la Terra Alta. Al municipi hi destaquen les restes del poblat iber de la Gessera, del castell d'Almudèfer, amb l'esglesieta annexa de Santa Anna d'Almudèfer, els paisatges riu Algars, l'Església de Santa Maria Magdalena , i les mines i trinxeres de la Guerra Civil espanyola.
