La casa Burés és un edifici modernista barceloní obra de Francesc Berenguer i Mestres, tot i que el projecte fou signat per Miquel Pascual i Tintorer, ja que Berenguer mai va obtenir el títol d'arquitecte. Està ubicada a la cantonada del carrer d'Ausiàs Marc, 30-32 amb el carrer de Girona, 12–18. Va ser construïda entre 1900 i 1905 per encàrrec de l'industrial tèxtil Francesc Burés i Borràs. El 1910 es va ampliar el terrat amb unes dependències per al servei i els propietaris reben permís de l'Ajuntament de Barcelona per a llogar on es destaca que "té aigua abundant i water-closets".
