La Biblioteca Pública de València és la principal biblioteca pública de la ciutat, situada dins del conjunt del Parc de l'Hospital, al barri de Sant Francesc, a la Ciutat Vella. Concretament s'ubica dins el que fou antigament l'hospital provincial i aquest, construït sobre un antic hospital religiós, l'Hospital dels Pobres Innocents. Com a institució, la Biblioteca Pública de València va ser fundada el 1838.
