L'edifici Xifré, o Hospital Xifré, és un edifici públic d'Arenys de Mar construït per iniciativa de l'indià Josep Xifré i Casas com a «hospital per a pobres malalts», amb escriptura pública atorgada pel notari Joan Prats el 27 de desembre de 1849, i un cost final de prop de 500.000 pessetes.
