La Masia del Batlle, o Mas del Batlle, és una masia del poble de Castissent, a l'antic terme de Fígols de Tremp, pertanyent actualment al municipi de Tremp.
Està situada molt a llevant del turó on hi ha l'antic nucli de Castissent, a la dreta del barranc Gros, i a la part meridional de la Serra del Batlle. És més proper, sobre el mapa, a la zona dels Masions, però els antics camins de comunicació el relligaven directament amb Castissent. És a ponent del Mas de Canelles, i al sud-oest d'Arbul.
