Un parc absolutament bonic i ben cuidat al costat nord de Cadis. És petit, però amb nombroses fonts , estàtues i una sorprenent varietat de flora i fauna, entre els quals hi ha dos ficus gegants que provenen de Cuba . També teniu una vista preciosa de l'oceà i podeu relaxar-vos del sol a l' ombra dels arbres.

Aquest parc urbà porta el nom de les Germanes Carvia Bernal , promotores del sufragi femení espanyol. A la dècada de 1920 van fundar la Lliga Espanyola per a l'Avenç de la Dona.

Una de les germanes, Amalia, va ser recompensada per tots els seus èxits amb la imposició de la Insígnia de Cavaller de l'Orde de la República. És l'única dona que ho aconsegueix.
