Thélus és un municipi francès situat al departament del Pas de Calais i a la regió dels Alts de França. L'any 2007 tenia 1.182 habitants.El 2007 la població de fet de Thélus era de 1.182 persones. Hi havia 446 famílies de les quals 96 eren unipersonals , 131 parelles sense fills, 175 parelles amb fills i 44 famílies monoparentals amb fills.
