El monestir de Nostra Senyora de Prolha es un convent situat al poble de Prolha, agregat a Fanjaus, al departament de l'Aude. Fundat per Sant Domènec de Guzmán el 1206, acull avui una comunitat de monges de l'orde dels Predicadors.
Els orígens del monestir es troben als anys previs a l'inici de la Croada albigesa, quan Domènec de Guzman es va establir com a predicador al Llenguadoc. Amb el permís del Bisbe de Tolosa, Folquet de Marsella, va promocionar la construcció d'un monestir en una petita població fortificada anomenada Prolha, molt a prop de Fanjaus. Prolha es convertiria així en un centre de resistència catòlica contra la lluita del catarisme.
