El Parnon —Πάρνων en grec— és una serralada de Lacònia al Peloponès, paral·lela a les muntanyes del Taíget. El Parnon estricte correspon al modern Malevö i forma la frontera natural entre Arcàdia, Lacònia i Argòlida. La seva altura màxima és de 1.937 metres. Continua cap al sud-est pel districte modern de Tzakonía, corrupció de Lacònia, els habitants del qual parlen un dialecte semblant al grec antic; a la part occidental continua descendint i es divideix en grups de turons separats que portaven els noms de Barbosthenes Olympus, Ossa, Thornax o Menelaium ; després continua al sud on és conegut com a mont Zaraz amb una altura de més de 1.000 metres , fins a la costa.
