El setge de Tessalònica es va lliurar entre 1423 i 1430 entre les tropes de la República de Venècia i les de l'Imperi Otomà. El sultà otomà Murat II va posar sota setge la ciutat de Tessalònica, en l'actual Grècia, que recentment havia estat adquirida pels venecians als romans d'Orient. Amb el temps, l'odi dels habitants grecs cap als seus amos italians va dividir i minar la resistència de la ciutat assetjada. Els otomans, amb el sultà al capdavant, van acabar conquerint la ciutat el març de 1430.
