Anagni és un municipi italià, situat a la regió del Laci i a la província de Frosinone, a la Vall Llatina. L'any 2018 tenia 21.404 habitants.
El 486 aC la Lliga dels Hernicis es va aliar a Roma però dos-cents anys després l'aliança es va trencar i va esclatar la guerra però foren ràpidament derrotats pel cònsol Marcius Tremulus el 306 aC i foren declarada ciutat romana sense dret de sufragi i prefectura, però més tard, a una data desconeguda, va obtenir drets municipals.
