L'Arquebisbat de Perusa - Città della Pieve és una seu metropolitana de l'església catòlica italiana que pertany a la regió eclesiàstica Úmbria. El 2004 comptava al 229.500 batejats al voltant de 232.500 habitants. Actualment està regida per l'arquebisbe cardenal Gualtiero Bassetti.
L'arxidiòcesi comprèn part de la província de Perusa i el municipi de Monteleone d'Orvieto, a la província de Terni.
