El Monument a l'Existència Bimil·lenària de la Ciutat de Braga, conegut com el "Moviment Perpetu" , va ser inaugurat i erigit el 24 de juny de 2000 per l'Ajuntament de Braga amb motiu del 2000 aniversari de la fundació de Bracara Augusta.
Es troba al turó de la Cividade, ja que és un dels jaciments més importants i on es troben més vestigis de l'època romana.
El monument de formigó, dissenyat per l'artista i escultor Pedro Cabrita Reis, representa una rèplica d'un aqüeducte romà format per tres arcs de mig punt sostinguts per tres pilars, cada pilar amb dues columnes rodones i rectangulars disposades de manera irregular.
