La Dobrudja és una regió europea repartida entre Bulgària i Romania, entre el baix Danubi i el mar Negre, que inclou el Delta del Danubi, la costa de Romania i la part més septentrional de la costa búlgara del mar Negre. El territori de Dobrudja no conforma una unitat administrativa sota un sol estat repartint-se en la Dobrudja Septentrional, que forma part de Romania, i la Dobrudja Meridional, que pertany a Bulgària.
