La Prudential Tower és un gratacel situat al barri de Back Bay, a Boston . Ha estat construïda el 1964 en els aspectes de l'arquitecte Charles Luckman.
Els 240 metres d'alçada i 52 pisos en fa el segon gratacel més alt de Boston darrere la John Hancock Tower. Després de la seva construcció, va ser durant alguns anys l'edifici més alt del món fora de New York.
