Ultra Music Festival és un festival anual de música electrònica, fundat el 1999 per la parella de negocis Russel Faibisch i Alex Omes, i té lloc al març a la ciutat de Miami, Florida. El primer esdeveniment del festival va coincidir amb el Winter Music Conference l'any 1999, que també es va dur a terme a Miami. El festival va tenir lloc entre 1999 i 2000 en South Beach , entre 2001 i 2005 en el Bayfront Park , entre 2006 i 2011 en el Bicentennial Park i des de 2012 fins al present es realitza de nou en el Bayfront Park.
Encara que comparteixen els mateixos noms, UMF no està directament lligada a Ultra Records, un segell discogràfic de música electrònica. No obstant això, les dues entitats van anunciar una "aliança mundial" a l'agost de 2012, que els permet col·laborar en la comercialització i la promoció creuada.
